Knuckle Joint Tubing Swab Mandrels
CYQ Knuckle Joint Tubing Swab Mandrels, A simple cleaning tool and consist of rope socket assembly, knuckle joint tubing swab and different swab cups, and used for cleaning away greasy
dirt and attachment on pipeline.
? Hinged tubing scrubbing rod is composed of multi-section mandrel, through open hinged connection, simple structure, convenient
disassembly and assembly, light weight.
? Mandrel is made of high strength alloy steel.There are four grooves around the mandrel, the upper part is square shoulder structure, and
the bottom mandrel can achieve 360° rotation.
? Swab cup is made of wear-resistant oil resistant rubber.
? When discounting or changing the worn swab cup, the user just make
the mandrel turn the jointing slot for 90°, so the mandrel can
separate quickly.
? The connecting mandrel at the top has high strength thread and is connected with the rope head fastening seat.
? Through the rope head fastening seat and appropriate suspension
tools (such as oil rope) connection.
